The hotel provides great service quality for its customers. We have found minor problems, such as a frequent variation of water's temperature during the shower, but none of them affects the overall quality of the place. People were kind from during all our journey. They also didn't want to be just "by the book". For instance, when we arrived ahead of scheduled (about 9 am), they provided us a breakfast as a courtesy and immediatly made available a room for us. Great place, despite not being a cheap one.

the hotel is located perfectly: one meter from the railway terminal and a walking distance from the important sites in the city. the hotel is all new- it gives you a feeling of cleanliness and modernity. the staff was most kind and always happy to help. we thank them a lot! it was most enjoyable!!
