Room was ok, but they will clobber you with extras, when you negotaite with them ensure you get it in writing as they will change the terms at the checkout. We stayed for a week, we booked through the internet bed & Breakfast. We wanted to use the beach and were told that it was 60E per day! We paid over £1250.00 for a weeks stay and thought it a bit rich that we didn't have access to all the hotels facilities. The pool is free, it gets crowded and there were only four of the luxury sunbeds they used in the photos. Another guest told us that if you book half board, the use of the beech is included. So we booked the last four days as half board clients at an agreed price of 360E. When we checked out the night before they wanted to charge us 649E for the four nights at half board. The receptionist staff agreed that 360E was quoted but the head receptionist decided to show them how to deal with customers and make them pay for their (the hotels)mistake, he was not discreete, so other people were coming up to the reception to see what the argrument was about!. We cancelled the dinner that night and got charged 483E for 3 nights half board, they did offer to let us eat for free, but I pointed out that I couldn't trust them as somebody else on their staff might decide to charge us!! so we declined. We left, feeling turned over and humiliated by the whole experience.
